Official Stay Well Day Celebrated in Columbus, GA
The W. Montague Cobb, National Medical Association (NMA) Health Institute and Stay Well Community Health Fair partnered with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. to host a vaccine event as a response to the uptick of COVID-19 cases, students returning to school, and the need to make vaccines more accessible to Columbus’ entire Black community.
The event, held on September 24, was recognized as StayWell Columbus Day on behalf of Stay Well Community Health Fairs, whose mission is to increase awareness and confidence in COVID-19 vaccines.
