Thrive and Shine Webinar Empowers Healthy Living in 2025

A panel of trusted experts and influencers will share tips for achieving wellness and resilience in the new year 

As the new year approaches, it’s the perfect time to prioritize health and well-being. To help individuals prepare for a vibrant and healthy 2025, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Risk Less. Do More. public education campaign is partnering with Heart & Soul Magazine to host a special virtual event, “Thrive & Shine: Tips for a Happy & Healthy New Year.” 

Join us for a FREE, interactive webinar on Wednesday, January 8 at 6 p.m. EST via Zoom! Thrive & Shine is designed to empower you with practical strategies for prioritizing your health, from balanced nutrition and regular exercise to mental health support. We’ll also delve into the critical role vaccines play in protecting against flu, COVID-19, and RSV. Plus, this event offers a unique opportunity to engage with trusted messengers—Black healthcare professionals and community influencers—who will share their insights, answer your questions, and help guide you on your wellness journey. 

“We all have the same goal: to thrive in 2025 and beyond,” said Dr. Kimberly Jeffries Leonard, CEO and president of Envision Consulting, who will be moderating the discussion. “This event is about equipping our community with the tools and knowledge to take charge of our health, face challenges with confidence, and unlock our full potential.
